The fall of Adam and Eve, through the temptation of the serpent (the evil one), separated man from fellowship with God.
(Genesis 3 ) In the same way, our sin separates us from God. We no longer live in the divine order, but follow worldly ways and ideas.
However, God loves humanity deeply and wants to restore the lost fellowship, that is, the divine order. God Yahweh gave his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, so that everyone who believes in him, will not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)
Only through Jesus' death on the cross was this sin erased, but we must accept forgiveness after confessing our sins and God's plan of salvation in faith.
Way out of separation from God
Everyone must decide for themselves whether they want to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior or continue to follow their own godless, worldly ways. This decision must be made very consciously.
The first step is to recognize your guilt, confess it, and finally repent.
In the second step, we must ask for forgiveness and turn away from our sins. For this, we need Jesus. Salvation is found in Jesus alone! There is no other name in all of heaven by which people can be saved (Acts 4:12). Only when we accept Jesus as our Savior and Redeemer can we find our way back to our Heavenly Father. For Jesus explained:
I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6)
The third step means believing in God—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Our heavenly Father loves us so much that He was willing to sacrifice His Son, Jesus, for our sins. Jesus Christ—the Son of God—died on the cross out of love for everyone. He bore our sins for us on the cross. Jesus is our Savior.
After surrendering your life you are a child of God
After we surrender our lives to Jesus, he accepts us as his followers. Through Jesus' suffering and the blood he shed on the cross, we are washed clean of our sins. Through his wounds, we are healed and saved.
Our Heavenly Father forgives us our sins through Jesus Christ, the Messiah. What's more, He also accepts you, just like me, as His child. That is grace! Now you will gladly place yourself in God's care and follow His will. This also means that you will abide by His rules, namely, His Ten Commandments ( Exodus 20 ). The Holy Spirit will help you in this.
After the surrender of life you are a new creature
You become a new person, or a new creature. Jesus calls this event "rebirth, or being born again." He said:
Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God! (John 3:3b)
When we honestly and sincerely turn to God, that is, "repent," God begins to work something in our lives. This is what the Bible calls the birth of water and the Spirit, or becoming a new creature.
If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, new things have come." (2 Corinthians 5:17)
God comes with His Holy Spirit and revives our spirit, which was "dead" in sin. The spiritual condition is restored, meaning body, mind, and soul are reunited and brought into divine order. Your condition is transformed from a fallen creature to a new creature.
You become a child of God and no longer live separate from HIM.
You have found your way back to God!! Hallelujah
