Day 35/40 Light in the Darkness - The Christian Meaning of Hanukkah
Hanukkah reminds us as Christians that we are called to be bearers of light in a world often filled with darkness. This festival encourages us to hold on to faith and hope, sharing the light of Christ and spreading God’s love and peace wherever we go.

Day 34/40 Unlocking the Meaning of Dreams: Lessons from Joseph
Joseph, the son of Jacob, was known for his prophetic dreams and their interpretation with God's help. Even as a young man, he received dreams from God that promised him a great future. His brothers sold him into slavery out of envy. Despite many trials, Joseph remained true to his faith.
“God speaks in dreams, in visions of the night, when deep sleep falls upon men.” (Job 33:15) Let's find out more about dream interpretation

Day 33/40 Jacob: A Model Overcomer
Jacob’s story is a powerful example of what it means to be an overcomer. Throughout his life, Jacob faced adversity, fear, and personal limitations, yet he continually found ways to overcome. When he learned that Esau was coming to meet him with four hundred men, “Jacob was greatly afraid and distressed” (Genesis 32:6–7), but instead of giving in to fear, he took action to overcome the threat by dividing his people and preparing for the worst.

Day 32/40 Shalom – More than a greeting: Consciously living and sharing peace
This post explores the deeper meaning of “Shalom,” encouraging readers to see it as more than just a greeting. It highlights Shalom as a principle for consciously living and sharing peace in everyday life, inspiring personal growth and a commitment to fostering harmony within ourselves and our communities.

Day 31/40 Biblical Leadership – Men and Women as Servants of God
Biblical leadership is rooted in serving others and following God’s will, rather than seeking power or recognition. Both men and women are called to use their God-given gifts for the benefit of the community. The Bible offers many examples—like Moses, Debora, and Lydia—showing that true leadership is marked by humility, integrity, and a heart to serve, regardless of gender.

Day 30/40 Strength and Courage in God
We find strength and courage in God, especially during challenging times. Those who trust in God’s promises can move forward with confidence and without fear, knowing that He is always by our side.

Day 29/40: As in the Days of Noah: Lessons for Our Time
Day 29/40 delves deeper into the striking similarities between the days of Noah and our own era, where many live unaware of the spiritual significance of the times. The post urges us to respond to with faith and obedience amid a world often unaware of coming judgment. Like Noah, we are called to trust God’s promises and seek salvation in Jesus, our true refuge. God’s love and faithfulness remain unshakable for all who seek Him.

Day 27 / 40 Prepare yourself, Jesus is coming soon
The signs of the times indicate that the return of Jesus is closer than ever. It is important that we examine our hearts and be ready to meet Him. Jesus calls us to be vigilant, to persevere in prayer, and to align our lives with His will. Now is the time to repent, to forgive, and to live in love. Prepare yourself.

Day 26/40 Call to Repentance (Jer 4:5)
Right at the beginning of the Feast of Tabernacles (October 8, 2025), God gave me the warning from Jeremiah 4:5. It is a warning of judgment, of false security, a call to repentance, heralding impending danger. The prophet uses powerful images such as the devastated land and the siege of the cities to emphasize the severity of the judgment and the imminence of the threat. Despite the impending destruction, Jeremiah also speaks of hope. God is establishing his millennial kingd

Day 25/40 Yom Teruah - Feast of Trumpets - Rosh Hashanah 2025
This year, on Yom Teruah 2025, the Feast of Trumpets, God gave me a word from Isaiah 27:9. He will make all the altar stones like broken limestone, and no more Asherah poles or incense sticks will be set up. He spoke to me about the beginning of the time of purification and sanctification, of turning away from false idols, of following the narrow and only path to God the Father, of the end of the time of grace, and of repentance and atonement.

Day 24/40 My soul waits for YHWH and my King
The month of Elul (Hebrew: אֱלוּל) is particularly dear to me, for my soul waits for God and His Son, my King. I have had several personal encounters with God's presence during this month. It is a time of special grace. It is a time of repentance and conversion. Psalm 130 helps us pray. In a personal letter, YHWH calls us to prepare for the coming of our King. He reminds us of God's feasts and holidays.

Fasting - Praying - with the Bible bread from Ezekiel 4 - why?
Fasting – praying – repenting and turning to God. Forty days before Yom Kippur, the Day of Forgiveness, we are reminded that we need forgiveness for transgressing any commandment of Holy Scripture; for our sins, i.e., for disobeying any authority and for unjust actions. There are many types of fasting. Daniel's Fast, Ezekiel's Fast, 40 days without... But what does Ezekiel's Fast mean? You can find explanations and a recipe here.

Day 23/40 Yahweh is with me; I will not fear.
"Do not be scared" means not to be afraid and is a frequently recurring message in the Bible, especially in connection with the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Messiah. The phrase expresses a call to show courage and confidence in the future rather than being guided by fear or suffering, and motivates us to take new paths and live in accordance with God's will. Remember: "God is with me; I will not be afraid." (Psalm 118:6; Isaiah 41:10)

Day 22/40 Do you have enough oil? Jesus, the groom, is on His way
God calls us: Prepare yourselves! The end of all things has come near. Therefore be sober and discerning in prayer." (1 Peter 4:7) Time continues to drag on, and people, including Christians, are still asleep. We see the signs described in Matthew 24, but we want to close our minds. Jesus warned: "Therefore watch, for you do not know the day or the hour in which the Son of Man is coming." (Matthew 25:13) Fill your lamps with enough oil. Fill yourselves with the Holy Spirit.

Day 21/40 Jesus is the cornerstone and the firm foundation of our faith and his church
Jesus Christ is not only the cornerstone, but also the solid foundation of our Christian faith and his church.
"No one can lay a foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ." (1 Corinthians 3:11) Jesus' path of redemption—his shedding of blood, his death on the cross, and his resurrection from the dead—can be seen as the groundbreaking of the new church. Jesus is the cornerstone or foundation stone. He is also the foundation and rock of our faith.

Day 20/40 God (Greek: Θεός,Theos) is the builder of all things
The question "Who built everything?" is a very comprehensive one. Essentially, everything humans have created was built by humans. The book of Hebrews states that "every house is built by someone," but also that "he who built everything is God" (Hebrews 3:4). Is that true? God is the Creator of heaven and earth, and also of humankind. God gave Noah the plan for the ark, Moses the plan for the tabernacle, and Jesus the plan for the church. God however is the builder of all thi

Day 19/40 Blessed are those who open their doors and let Jesus into their heart
You've found the key to eternal life, but are you now ready to open the door of your heart to Jesus? Jesus says: I stand at the door and knock, but so many people still refuse to open the door of their hearts. I cannot and do not want to enter the door; I want to be invited in.
Blessed are those who let Jesus in and entrust their lives to him. He alone is the way, the truth, and eternal life. He alone leads us to the Father.
Blessed are those who open the door to Jesus.
